The October Protocol
Stop the dropouts. Convert the visit you already have — before you spend another dollar finding strangers.
For chiropractors, PTs, RMTs, osteopaths, and any licensed clinician who treats. Clinic steps — not a technique pitch.
You don’t have a new-patient problem first.
You have a dropout problem.
People start. Then they drift. They felt a bit better. They left with “come back if it gets worse.” No next date. No simple next step. No one on the team owns the follow-through.
That visit never converted. So you pay to replace someone who was already in the building.
New patients still matter. That is a different month. This hour is the leak — and the three steps that close it while they are still in the clinic.
What I’ll cover
- Why good clinics still leak The visit ends without a decision. The plan is too long to keep. The desk and the treatment room do not close the same way. Dropout is usually an accident of process, not of care.
- Convert the visit before they stand One job. One reason to return. A date on the card. If those three are missing, the visit did not convert — no matter how good the treatment was.
- Make the plan keepable Short enough for a real life. One next visit, not a twelve-week speech. Retention is a calendar event, not a pamphlet.
- Same close in every room Doctor, therapist, and front desk use the same language. So whether they saw you or an associate, they leave on a plan — not a hope.
- Hold the book without buying more strangers Not a full-book promise. A way to stop replacing people who already started. Marketing still has a job. It should not be doing retention’s job.
-
The protocol your team can run Monday
Decide · Date · Same language— three steps, any profession at the treating desk. No technique translation required.
Why listen to me
I am Dr. Cary Yurkiw. Thirty-three years in practice. Twenty-five of them as a clinic owner in Kelowna.
I still treat. I have watched strong care leak because the visit never became a plan. This is the hour I wish I had given my own team years earlier — not a TED Talk. Steps they can use Monday.
True North Experts is peer education for doctors and therapists who treat. I am not selling a system in this hour. I will mention how to work with me once, at the end, and then I will stop.
What this is, and isn’t
- It’s free, and it’s live. Forty-five minutes. The teach first. Questions after — longer if you take the paid VIP seat.
- It’s about people already in the clinic. Conversion and retention. Not ads. Not a new-patient funnel. Not a technique seminar.
- Nothing here is a guarantee. No two books are the same. I will not promise a full January or a perfect year end.
- The only ticket on this page is Tuesday. After the hour: paid VIP (Q&A + booklet), then Mastermind, then a 1:1 conversation. Not sold here.
Common questions
Is this only for chiropractors? +
No. Written from a chiropractic practice, built for any doctor or therapist who treats. Technique-specific words stay out of the hour. The steps are clinic steps: how a visit ends, how a plan is kept, how the desk and the room say the same thing.
Is this a marketing webinar? +
No. New patients matter. That is a different hour. This one is the leak — people who already started and then dropped. Fix that first and marketing has less to replace.
Is this a pitch for coaching? +
At the end I will mention how to work with me, once. The rest of the hour is the protocol. You are welcome to leave before that part. VIP, Mastermind, and 1:1 are after Tuesday — not the price of the ticket.
What is VIP? +
A paid stay-after. Your questions on your book and your close, held after the free hour, plus the booklet. Price lives on the registration form when it is signed. Not on this page yet.
Will there be a recording? +
Yes. Register and you will get it either way.
What do I walk out with on Monday? +
Three steps every visit can run: convert before they stand, make the plan keepable, same close in every room. Language the front desk can use without a new script every hour.
Keep the people who already started.
Then marketing has less to replace.
