Which path is right for me? +

What is a practice audit? +
Coaching starts with your questions. An audit is the reverse β I go through your practice the way an owner would and tell you what I find, in writing. It comes two ways: a remote audit built on your numbers, systems and paperwork, or an on-site version that adds a half day watching your clinic actually run. Both end with a written report and an hour going through it together. Details and pricing are on the practice growth page.
Do you provide locum coverage for clinics? +
Yes. I cover chiropractic practices in Kelowna, the Central Okanagan, and Vancouver's Westside β for vacation, parental and medical leave, conference weeks, and short-notice absences. Full details, rates, and availability are on the locum services page.
Do you work with people outside BC? +
Yes. All coaching is delivered virtually β webinars, group sessions, and 1-on-1 calls all happen over video, so location doesn't matter. The remote practice audit is the same: no geographic limit. Only two things need me physically present, and those are locum coverage and the on-site audit.
Can I use more than one service? +
Yes β many of my best clinician clients started in Health Coaching and later moved into Practice Growth, or vice versa.

A working chiropractor who covers practices the way I'd want mine covered.
For over 30 years I've been in practice β as an associate, as a clinic owner for more than 25 of them, and as a locum stepping into other doctors' practices. I've performed more than 100,000 adjustments, a great deal of that in busy, high-volume clinics where the book is full and the day doesn't let up.
Owning a practice is what taught me what actually matters when you hand it to someone else. It isn't technique. It's whether the notes are finished, whether the care plans hold, whether your staff had a good week, and whether the schedule is still full when you walk back in. That's the standard I cover to.
