Is this a diet?
No. Diets are short-term restrictions that fall apart the moment real life kicks in. This is coaching β focused on building sustainable, personalized habits that fit your actual lifestyle, not a rigid meal plan you'll abandon in three weeks.
How fast will I see results?
Most clients notice changes in energy and how they feel within the first 2β3 weeks. Visible weight loss and bigger lifestyle shifts typically show up over 1β3 months. Results vary by individual, but the goal is always lasting change rather than fast-but-temporary results.
What if I've tried everything before?
If past attempts haven't worked, it's almost never because you lacked willpower. It's usually because the approach didn't fit your real life. Coaching is different because everything is built around you β your schedule, your stress, your preferences, your barriers.
When will the self-study course be ready?
